Mibbie it's a COLOSTOMY BAG?

There are many strange sights to be seen if you look hard enough. Some of them are amusing, and some make you question what kind of thought processes could spawn something so utterly stupid. Take this picture for example:

p2200012.JPG

Now that might look like a common or garden photo of a piece of grass outside some high flats. Well that’s because it is. That’s not the important thing though. Take a closer look, see those black things I’ve ringed in red? Those are black plastic bags scattered across the bit of grass. There’s a half dozen in that shot and at least a dozen more off camera. Nothing particularly odd about that you might think, after all Glasgow’s hardly got a reputation as a clean city.

The strange thing is, those are bag-it and bin-it bags full of dog shit. That’s right, someone actually went to the trouble of scooping up their pet’s shite, bagging it, tying a knot in it and then just dropped it where they stood. What the hell is that all about? Why go to the bother of scooping it, bagging it etc and then just leave it lying ANYWAY? Worse, why do It OVER AND OVER again?

Answers on a postcard.

You know, this is another thing that would be outlawed in the Selfishness Act 2008 under the N315LNS government. Until you can prove that you can clear up yer scheiBe then you’re given a Jack Russell and constantly supervised and then after 10 years of responsible dog ownership, you receive a slightly bigger dug. Why a Jack Russell since they produce as much crap as any other dog? Well, they’re easier to run over on your bike if the owner’s got them off the lead and they go for you.

Acht come on now. What’s really happening here?

Someone is (or a group of people are) going to the bother of picking up their dog’s shite, bagging it, then leaving it where they stand?

Or is it more likely that neds just kicked over a nearby shit-bin and started throwing it at each other?

That’s what the Kat though tae, but the fact is there’s nae bag-it and bin-it bin at that bit o grass. There is a common or garden litter bin next to where I was standing (which wis empty at the time). No matter how daft or spiteful neds may be I can’t see them digging through a bin specially to find aw the “soft centred ones”.
